“Renewing the Countryside-Wisconsin” chose Justin Trails Resort as an example of converting a small dairy farm to a recreation and lodging opportunity for guests coming the southwest Wisconsin.  Groomed trails wind through the 200 acre property for hiking, mountain biking, 2 disc golf courses, or in snow season use them for Nordic skiing skate or stride style, try separate snow shoe trails and two snowtubing hills.  Guests enjoy these for no extra charge.  Day visitors pay $5/day for a trail pass.  Justin Trails Resort is a only 5.5 miles south I-90 off State Hwy. 27.  

Loding is offered in suites in the 1920 foursquare house and in Little House on the Prairie and Paul Bunyan Scandinavian-scribed log cabins, and a renovated Granary.  Most have a whirlpool and fireplace.
